Thank you for your interest in getting involved! We have opportunities for service available immediately. If you are interested in helping out, contact us at getinvolved@theglobaloutreach.org to begin. Many opportunities to join the cause are simple and can be done right from the comfort of your own home. Here are some examples of how you can help:
- Spread awareness through social networking - Invite all of your friends and family to join our Facebook page. Ultimately this helps generate awareness and funds—it’s free advertising. In addition, on Facebook, you will be able to meet other like-minded people, upload pictures, and share news and ideas that can have a positive impact on our mission. Feel free to follow us on Twitter, as well @globaloutreach.
- Join us on a team expedition - Feeling adventurous? Take a look at our team expeditions and apply to have a life changing experience engaged in meaningful and responsible service.
- Use GoodSearch powered by Yahoo. This search engine donates money to your charity of choice every time you surf the Internet or shop online. The more you search and shop – the more money Global Outreach Alliance has to accomplish its mission.
- 5 for $5 - Become an active member of GOA’s team by getting five of your friends, family members, colleagues, or peers to join our monthly subscription by donating $5/month (or more). Check out our donate page.
- Personal Direct Donations - To make a one-time donation or a small, automatic monthly deposit, visit our donate page. Just think—if you signed up to give $5 a month, its like simply skipping out on one mocha frappuccino to support a great cause!
- Help us orchestrate fundraisers - If you have a fundraiser in mind that would help spread awareness and would raise money for GOA projects, please help us by putting it together. We will do whatever is possible on our end to make it happen. Contact us with ideas.
- Do you have friends or contacts who could help us? - Do you know individuals focused on charitable country-specific projects abroad? What about fundraising experts, grant writers, or marketing professionals? With a friendly suggestion, send them our way.
